Using the Textura Help Chat Feature
SEDDI understands that there's a huge range of questions when it comes to 3D materials. We hope our Chat feature will help you.
In the lower right corner of the Textura main window, you’ll see the Textura Chat icon (see below for icon photo). This is your easiest and fastest way to get assistance or to ask questions about using Textura.
When you click on the Chat icon, you’ll have the options of starting a conversation with our Support Team in the chat field, or to search in the Textura knowledge base.
