How to report a texture

In this article you will learn what to do if one of the textures we deliver to you, does not meet your expectation.

Creating a repeating textile from a scanned fabric is hard to do and tiling is not always straight forward. Because we are aware that despite the trained eye of our quality managers, a defect may occasionally occur. If this occurs you may report a textura and tell us what happened. Once you do, our team will review the case and fix the issue.

If you would like to request a rework of a texture, please follow these next steps.

Log into Textura with a user and password that have access to the textura that you want to report.

Once you are in, click on the library icon in the navigation bar on the left of your screen. (See below)

Once you are in your library, click on the textura that you want to report and a viewer window will show you the details of that textura. (See below)

If the textura has been processed and it's ready to approve, you will be able to look at it in 2D and 3D and proceed to Approve or Report it if you are not happy with the result. (See below for the drop-down menu to report the file)

As soon as you do, a larger pop up will show you the texture that you want to report, and allow you explain to our experts, what issues that should be addressed by our team.
