How to Duplicate a Fabric in Textura

Duplicating Fabrics in Textura: A Quick Guide

Step-by-Step: Duplicate a Fabric in Textura

There are two ways to duplicate materials in Textura.

One option is from the public library, where you can use the three-dot menu.

Or from the Material editor, load the material you want to edit in the material viewer.
Single-sided materials can be edited directly in the material viewer. Duplicating them first allows you to work on the fabric freely without the risk of overwriting the original version.

Double-sided materials can also be duplicated easily through the material viewer.
Duplicating double-sided materials saves time by eliminating the need to duplicate the front and back separately and then merge them manually.

After clicking the "Duplicate" button, a pop-up will appear allowing you to modify the fabric's name and description if desired.

After clicking the "Submit" button, a pop-up will appear confirming that your materials have been sent for processing.

Textura will perform a copy for all parts of the fabric, the Front, and the Back, and a Double-Sided, Merge version. All new versions will be sent for processing until they are ready.

once all new materials are ready, they will appear in your account library.
